This manual focuses on the influence of online media in youth employment, it shows the current internet usage across Western Balkans and Turkey, popularity of social networks and further on it explains issues for attention, and it gives insight about the use of social networks as a tool to improve youth employability and increase youth participation in the job market.

 The purpose of research is to provide a broad perspective and disseminate knowledge about best practices in employment policy tools across the EU, concerning social innovations which target youth at risk of marginalization on the basis of socio-economic background and place of living.
